Wanderer Bracelets: 'From Bali With Love'

Wanderer Bracelets is a brand operated out of West Palm Beach, Florida, selling bracelets handmade by Balinese artisans within a social enterprise, hence their catchphrase: 'From Bali With Love.' As a new member of their brand rep community, I did my homework.
So what exactly is a Social Enterprise?
"A social enterprise has two goals: to achieve social, cultural, community economic and/or environmental outcomes; and, to earn revenue." —BC Centre for Social Enterprise
And why should you care?
Because it gives the power to the people creating the product AND it has an environmental conscience. Their artisans are given a fair, steady, long-term income for putting their rich, cultural traditions to use. In a roundabout way, I knew what a social enterprise was beforehand, but this definition clears it up a bit, and definitely eases my mind to be part of something worthwhile.
I urge you to visit their site for more info:
What else makes Wanderer Bracelets so special?
For starters, the material used to make their pendants. At first, when I read 'made from Water Buffalo bone,' the animal-lover in me was a little skeptical. But then I found out that the Balinese value their Water Buffalo population and don't believe in unnecessary waste, so when one dies, they harvest their bones to create tools and works of art. So when you wear a Wanderer Bracelet, you're not only wearing a piece of Balinese culture, but you're discouraging the inhumane trade of Ivory. That's a big win in my book.
They're also members of a global community of companies working towards greater environmental good, known as 1% for the Planet. As part of their commitment to being a social enterprise, they donate at least 1% of their revenue to the East Bali Poverty Project. I don't know about you, but I find this to be very admirable.
ABOVE: I received my Wanderer Rep Kit in the mail today and was overjoyed. The thought put into this package alone speaks volumes, and sets me on a course to represent their brand whole-heartedly.
Now, let's talk about something "equally" as important: looks.
I ordered two bracelets, the 'Open Road' and 'Shaka' with tassel ties and they are SO CUTE! And they're soft so if you wear things on your wrists all the time like I do, that's a huge plus. Their bands are made from hand-woven nylon, and I am IN LOVE with the teal, orange and red band option they call 'Arizona' that I chose for my 'Open Road' bracelet. As I mentioned earlier, their pendants are made from hand-carved Water Buffalo bone. These are polished, so they're super smooth, and you can tell a lot of effort went into designing the pendant. I can see how they designed these bracelets for the wanderers, the travelers, the adventurers, the explorers of this world because they don't get in the way of anything like most bracelets. Right now, they have 20+ bracelets designs to choose from with customizable band options. As a Wanderer Rep, I'm happy to extend my discount code to anyone interested in receiving 20% off their Wanderer Bracelet purchase.
